Monofilament turf for football and rugby
Omega Grass is tufted at our Dilovası facility from PE monofilament yarn with a value of 12,000 dtex. We produce it in pile heights from 20 to 65 mm, so the same carpet can be specified for a short small-sided pitch or a long-pile, infilled football or rugby pitch.
Omega Grass types
Omega is made in three colourways. The yarn and construction stay the same; only the colour changes.
- Omega Mix — two greens blended in the tuft.
- Omega Lime — a single light green.
- Omega Dark Lime — dark green with lime.
The photos in the gallery show each type. Name the type in the quote form below.
Choosing the pile height
For infilled football and rugby pitches we usually recommend the longer piles of the range; shorter piles suit small-sided pitches. Tell us the pitch size, the sport and the expected weekly hours and we will propose the height and infill.
